About Ardere Diem

Born of the fires of frustration....
Ardere Diem is Latin for "burn the day." Set it on fire! Challenge the system! A fresh start from the ashes of the old.
When a previous employer was eliminating our local education department and rolling it into the company's national "corporate" education department, they refused to allow "non-employee" or "non-affiliated" instructors to align with the newly absorbed Training Site. This was going to leave about 200 prolific and dedicated instructors to fend for themselves and find new Training Centers with which to align. If you are in "the know," this can be a HUGE hassle and it's the students who suffer, in the end.
I passionately believed that this was extremely poor management of resources and not at all instructor / customer friendly. No amount of debate seemed to persuade them otherwise. This was completely unacceptable to me. These instructors had been very productive, loyal, and had contributed greatly to the old Training Center's success.
I formed Ardere Diem and invited instructors to join so that they would have a source for their records maintenance, education resources, access to a network of instructors, updates on current science and methodologies, and a guide to navigate card and certification issuance and management.
If you are an instructor and are looking for a Training Site home, please contact us and let's connect.
